Shipping and Tracking
Tracking is normally provided after dispatch when available. If tracking remains unchanged for an extended period or a parcel cannot be located, contact support with the order number and tracking number.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Returns
Do not send merchandise before receiving approval and return instructions. The registered business address is not automatically the return destination.
